Work, chemical applications, inspections, omissions, or recommendations performed by any independent contractor connected through this service.
Property damage, structural wood destruction, bodily injury, or chemical exposure occurring during or subsequent to contractor visits.
Disputes regarding contractor pricing, service guarantees, re-treatment obligations, or contract cancellations.
Errors, omissions, or delays in telephone routing or dispatch availability.
